GOAL

To design an English and Spanish language arts program guide to reach out to Native communities in the Americas. Information needed to be presented in a clear and direct way.

RESULTS

Some 40 members of the Kuna indigenous community met in Ailigandi, Panama to strengthen community relationships and help bridge the gap in comprehension between elders and the next generation. This is one of the many successful programs developed as a result of the guide and resources at NMAI.
